Reflecting this morning. I have learned that some things really do get better with age. I was told my ass was fat and I was not as pretty as I used to be after the birth of my youngest child and approaching 40 years old. I like it that my intelligence was not insulted. Embrace and love yourself first, mind and body, and learn to grieve for those who don’t get it yet. Weed out the negative energy in your life in order to leave plenty of room for the positive. To learn to empower ourselves is a gift we should all use in order to empower others. It is a blessing to be able to share my life lessons with others and help them to see the way. BLESSED.
